Alternative 3 is the most direct, most efficient, least intrusive alternative. It also includes an off-corridor multi-use path so bicyclists and hikers are not exposed to vehicle exhaust.
I prefer Alternative 3. It is the most direct alternative. I think, given the other options, this is the most efficient alternative. Knowing the area as well as I do, I’m certain Alternative 3 would be a lot less intrusive than some of the other alternatives. I like the inclusion of an off-road bicycle multi-use path. Bikers and hikers should not be exposed to vehicle exhaust.
