The Capital SouthEast Connector, is a major transportation project proposing a 35-mile roadway spanning from Interstate 5, south of Elk Grove, to Hwy 50 in El Dorado County, just east of El Dorado Hills.
A community meeting is scheduled in each of the five member jurisdictions to provide opportunity for individuals to submit written and/or verbal comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Report.
