The JPA Board certified the Final PEIR in August 2011.  New project level environmental documents may be completed for different phases of the project. Community outreach program is underway as well. Keep your eye on the web site calendar for opportunities to learn more about the Project, including community group and neighborhood meetings, special events and other activities. If your group would like a presentation about the project, let us know and we’ll see how best we can meet with you to provide information and answer questions.
