How much will this cost the tax payers and what will the impact be to traffic / travel times on Sunrise Blvd. My community (Anatolia) is already outside the margin of minimum service level response times for the Fire Department / EMS due to the recent closure of our local Fire Station (#61).

It's about time they built a freeway on the southeast side of Sacramento. It's sad that highway 65 freeway wasn't built from i-80 to highway 50; that would of helped traffic on Sunrise & Hazel, but the county/city board in the 1970's banned several proposed freeways which today we're paying the cost of traffic congestion to a code E or F. Sacramento is no cow town anymore; it's a big metropolition city.
